Accessibility

InstantMD is built for Medicare patients — which means accessibility isn’t a compliance checkbox for us, it’s the product working as intended. This page describes our commitment and how to reach us if anything gets in your way.
Our commitment
We design and build the InstantMD website and platform to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That includes readable type at generous sizes, strong color contrast, full keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, captions for video content, and layouts that work at high zoom levels on any device.
How we maintain it
Accessibility is part of how we build — reviewed in design, tested in development, and re-checked as the platform evolves. We test with keyboard-only navigation and assistive technologies, and we treat accessibility issues as defects, not requests.
Ongoing work
Some parts of the platform are newer than others, and we are improving continuously. If any page or step doesn’t work well with your assistive technology, we want to know — and we’ll help you complete what you were trying to do in the meantime.
Tell us
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, message us through the site anytime — tell us the page and what happened. If messaging itself is the barrier, email accessibility@instantmd.health or write to Instant Health Services LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave, Suite 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. We take every report seriously and will respond as quickly as we can.
